Sewing Workshop
Our sewing workshop is staffed by highly trained professionals with decades of experience in producing high-quality men’s and women’s garments—ranging from custom prototypes to small-batch and full-scale production.
Thanks to our versatile machinery, we can manufacture a wide range of garments, including t-shirts, women’s blouses, men’s shirts, trousers, skirts, blazers, jackets, and even heavier coats for both men and women. Our production also includes coordinating and complementary pieces.
Our equipment is primarily built on high-speed Juki sewing machines and we are also equipped with:
- Dürkopp pocket and buttonhole automation
- Juki 4-thread and coverstitch machines (top & bottom)
- Micro zigzag machine
- Pfaff lockstitch and D lockstitch machines
- Strobel blind stitch machine
- Intermediate pressing equipment
We offer decorative stitching with 11, 30, or 50-weight threads, as well as AMF and Columbia stitching for tailored pieces like blazers, jackets, and coats. For buttons, we use Ascolite thermal thread for secure, durable attachment.

Our pressing room is equipped with specialized irons and pressing machines tailored to every garment component, ensuring a flawless final presentation that is wrinkle-free and perfectly finished.
As a contract manufacturer, we offer both light garment production (e.g. blouses, shirts, t-shirts) and heavy tailoring (e.g. suits, coats, tailored jackets), including specialty items such as tailcoats and tuxedos.
