Precision, Efficiency, and Consistency – at Every Step of the Cutting Process

Our cutting department is fully dedicated to optimizing fabric usage, ensuring precision in every cut, and delivering consistent, high-quality garment components. Whether working with client-supplied patterns or those developed in-house using our CAD system, our marker planning always aims for maximum fabric efficiency.

All incoming fabrics undergo thorough testing to assess shrinkage and stretching under fusing and pressing. These results are factored into the marker layouts, guaranteeing that the final garment matches the exact size specifications ordered. To further ensure quality, fabrics are rested for 24 to 48 hours before spreading and cutting.

Cutting is performed using variable-speed band knives, adapted to the specific fabric type. Our modern band and straight knife machines deliver high-precision cuts, with or without fusing, according to client requirements. Fusing is carried out using a digitally controlled continuous heat press, and always preceded by bonding strength tests to ensure optimal adhesion.

Each cut component is labeled with a serial number to avoid shade variation issues during assembly. Once cut, the pieces are bundled by size and boxed, with additional serial numbering upon request.

After cutting, we generate a detailed material usage report using data from our CAD system, providing transparency and efficiency throughout the production process.

We also offer contract cutting services, based on either client-supplied or in-house developed patterns. Thanks to our large cutting tables and highly optimized marker layouts, we deliver outstanding fabric yield and cost-efficiency.
