At the heart of every successful production process lies a perfectly crafted pattern and professionally executed preparation phase. Our experienced specialists can create and digitize base patterns based on visual designs, technical sketches, or even an existing sample garment. Once the prototype is approved, we proceed with grading the model as needed.

We work with a state-of-the-art CAD system that allows us to:

  • create highly accurate patterns,
  • optimize fabric usage and production efficiency,
  • and develop custom-made (MTM – Made to Measure) garments with ease.

Thanks to our digital stylus technology, we can rapidly digitize the patterns of existing garments—often in just a few minutes. Combined with our model database, which has been continuously developed for over 20 years, we offer a solid and scalable foundation for our clients.

All completed patterns are printed on modern plotters, while custom MTM sizes are securely stored in our system, personalized by name, and retrievable for future orders—ensuring quick and precise re-production anytime.
